MOSCOW, 18 Nov. The Communist party proposes to oblige the heads of regions to agree with MST of candidate Ministers of the regional government, told reporters on Wednesday the first Vice-speaker of the state Duma, first Deputy Chairman of the CPRF Central Committee Ivan Melnikov.
On Wednesday in the lower house of Parliament held a governmental hour with the participation of Minister of sport Vitaly Mutko. According to Melnikov, the Communists were very interested and carefully preparing for a meeting with him. The Deputy noted that in policy documents the members of the faction give this area serious attention.
“And in addition to General assessments of the situation in the near future intend to take the initiative, which would oblige the heads of regions to agree with MST of candidate Ministers of the regional governments. We looked at the statistics: in connection with the resignations, elections, governments there reassignments of personnel reshuffle,” said Melnikov.
According to him, “if professional sports is not of great importance, the process of managing youth and grassroots sport requires a single coherent system, a full understanding of the center and regions, by industry vertical”.
“I hope that the President and the Ministry of Sport will support this idea, and heads of regions will treat with understanding”, — he concluded.
