PYATIGORSK, 19 Nov. Margarita Savelyev. International specialized exhibition “bread Festival in the South of Russia” will be held in Stavropol with participation of major Russian companies and foreign delegations from Europe and South America, according to the Ministry of the North Caucasus.
“The event annually gathers over 3 thousand delegates: heads of baking, flour and confectionery companies, government, consumer society, manufacturers and suppliers of equipment, raw materials, ingredients, experts and businessmen”, — stated in the message.
In addition, international delegations from Switzerland, Sweden, Italy, Chile, Argentina, will allow to expand the geography of supplies of equipment and technologies that will have a positive impact on the exchange of experience between countries.
“Each visitor will be able to get valuable advice on equipment selection, packaging and raw materials depending on the individual characteristics of products and production processes in specific companies,” notes the Ministry.

Also in the framework of the “Feast of bread” will host the Russian Cup baking among youth under the slogan “Baker — profession of the future” aimed at improving professional skills of bakers contributing to the development of their career. In addition, in the “Festival of bread” will operate a thrift store, the proceeds will go to the needs of one of the orphanages of Stavropol, said the Ministry.
