MOSCOW, 18 Nov. Program AKIKO in the state automated system “Elections” will be used to work with cases of violations of election laws during elections of deputies of the state Duma next year, said Wednesday a member of the CEC Sergey Danilenko.
During the election campaign the single voting day on September 13, 2015 this program of automated testing worked as a pilot, he said at the presentation of the so-called “Green book” — a book containing the information about violations during the campaign.
“I think we in December at the meeting of the CEC will approve the rules of procedure of AKIKO, this is the legal document that should work for all election commissions, which establishes the procedure for entering the data, manipulate the data. Till today we worked in the mode of testing this system”, — said Danilenko.
According to him, the election organizers, “having even a crude product” this year ran a pilot to see how the program works — until the election of deputies of the State Duma.
“The most important thing for the elections to the state Duma we have a new, quite interesting, is a serious tool that will allow us to see how the consideration of appeals to election commissions of subjects of the Russian Federation, we believe that this is a very serious support”, — said the CEC member.
