In the Federation Council propose to impose restrictions in the profession for those engaged in the dissemination of extremist ideology, as well as to toughen the penalties for law enforcement officers, negligently neglected to ensure security in places of a mass congestion of people.
“We need to discuss the issue of strengthening responsibility for incitement of terrorist activity, for the spread of the ideology of terrorism”, — said the head of the constitutional Committee of the Federation Council Andrey Klishas.
Also Senator will advocate for the introduction of restrictions in teaching activities for persons “that were previously seen in the spread of extremist ideology”. “Such restrictions were previously imposed for persons convicted for pedophilia” — he recalled.
