Under the bill, municipal employee, who passed the gift presented to him in connection with a formal event or business trips will be able to buy it.
MOSCOW, 20 Nov. The state Duma adopted in the first reading the draft law, which gives municipal employees the right to purchase the gifts they have received through social events and business trips.
The bill was introduced to Parliament for consideration the Samara provincial Duma.
“Municipal employee, who passed the gift received by it in connection with a formal event, business trips or other official event, may redeem in the order established by normative legal acts of the Russian Federation”, — stated in the draft law.
