ULYANOVSK, November 20. /Corr. Natalia Good/. The Finance Ministry plans to restore the three-year planning of budgets at all levels next year. This was reported to journalists the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation Alexey Lavrov at the enlarged meeting of the Council of the section “the Community of financiers of Russia” in the Ulyanovsk region.
“The adoption of the annual budget (the Federal centre and the majority of regions – ed.) does not mean that we reject long-term budget planning. Next year, we believe it is necessary to resume, at all levels three – year budgets,” he said.
The Ministry of Finance of the Ulyanovsk region to the correspondent have explained that the majority of regions – about 80% – in 2016 has formed an annual budget, not reviewing the forecast 2017-2018.
