The Federal budget deficit in 2015 will amount to 2 of 165.9 billion, or 3% of GDP. Oil and gas deficit will amount to 8 045,8 billion rubles, or 10.9% of GDP.

Also in the Federation Council will consider amendments to the Tax code, especially profit transfers of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation by the end of 2015. It is proposed that the Bank of Russia upon approval by the Board of Directors of the annual financial statements of the Bank for the year 2015 lists from actually received by the Bank by the end of 2015 profits remaining after taxes and fees, 90% to the Federal budget (now 75%).

The senators also have to consider the government’s conservation act in 2018 tariff of insurance contributions to state extra-budgetary funds at the level of 2015-2017. For the bulk of the payers of insurance contributions, the rate will remain at 30%.
