MOSCOW, November 25. The settlement paid the passage for heavy trucks on Federal highways will be engaged in the working group, created by Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich. This was stated by the head of the Duma Committee on economic policy innovative development and entrepreneurship Anatoly Aksakov at the all-Russian conference of financial market participants.

“Dvorkovich creates a working group that in this situation (with paid travel of heavy trucks on Federal highways – approx.ed.) to understand, to find a compromise solution to settle the problem,” he said.
In the state Duma there are several initiatives to address this issue, said the head of the Committee. Thus, according to Aksakov, he advocated the abolition of the vehicle tax and tolls for heavy trucks. “If we need to raise money for road repairs, we need to solve this issue through excise taxes,” – said the head of the Duma Committee.
