SIMFEROPOL, 26 Nov. The Crimean authorities have frozen about 30 Turkish investment projects, which were supposed to implement in the territory of the Republic, Vice-Premier of the Crimean government Ruslan Balbec.
On Tuesday in Syria was wrecked Russian bomber su-24. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin announced that the plane was shot down by a rocket type “air-air” with a Turkish F-16s over Syrian territory and fell in Syria four kilometers from the border with Turkey. The Russian President called it a “stab in the back” by the accomplices of terrorists.
Shortly after the incident, the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov reported that ferry service between the Crimea and Turkey, as well as business contacts will be interrupted. He called on Crimeans to refuse Turkish goods and recreation on the territory of Turkey.
“After a treacherous act on the part of Turkey that is associated with the Russian fighter aircraft (su-24 bomber — ed) to talk about any prospects of development prematurely. We have decided to suspend the implementation of some thirty Turkish investment projects,” said Balbec.
According to him, Crimeans with extreme condemnation and especially saddened by the catastrophe of the Russian fighter.
“Crimeans, as all Russian society, support our President and commander in chief in matters of response to mean act Turkey committed on the sly. Issues relating to the security of our state and honour our Motherland, is the highest value for any citizen of the Russian Federation” — noted the Balbec.
Earlier, Turkish investors have announced the implementation in the Crimea about 30 investment projects in the field of cellular communication, construction, including a five-star hotel in Simferopol, the establishment of a shipping company and also the development of agriculture and livestock.
