“The single voting day 2015 became a General warm-up before the Federal elections of 2016”, — said the head of the Central election Commission at the plenary meeting of the public scientific and methodological Advisory Council under the CEC of Russia on Thursday.
He explained that the Federal election campaign is always different from regional and municipal. According to him, the scale of the single day of voting next year will be much more modest, not ten thousand of election campaigns of different level as this year.
“Campaign 2016 is already under way, it starts with a relatively clean slate, because of course all the parties and candidates analyze the experience of the previous campaigns, primarily parliamentary,” — said Churov.
