During his speech in the upper house of Parliament the Minister of economic development will present the forecast of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for 2016.
MOSCOW, 25 Nov. The Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev will speak at the Federation Council on 9 December within the framework of “government hour” with the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation for 2016, said the speaker of the Federation Council Valentina Matvienko.
She explained that on the same day senators will consider the Federal budget for next year.
“It would be right before the budget review to be informed by the forecast of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation,” she said.
