The powers of the presidency in BSEC handed to the Russian Parliament


The powers in the parliamentary Assembly of the black sea economic cooperation during the rotation transferred to Russia from Romania for six months.

BUCHAREST, Nov 27. The powers of the presidency in the parliamentary Assembly of the black sea economic cooperation (BSEC) passed from the Parliament of Romania Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the President of the Assembly was speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin.

PABSEC includes representatives of the parliaments of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine. The President of the Assembly is the head of the Parliament one of the countries members of the Assembly. The powers of the presidency are transferred during rotation in the English alphabetical order for a period of six months.

Earlier on Friday, the PABSEC General Assembly adopted the proposed RF Declaration on combating terrorism.
