MOSCOW, November 28. The outflow of Turkish workers will not affect the timing and cost of facilities in Russia. This was stated by the Minister of construction and housing Mikhail Men.
“The outflow of Turkish workers will not affect the timing and cost of facilities. Russian specialists today at least professionally handle all types of construction works”, – said the Minister.
Mikhail Men stressed that Turkish workers are not involved in the construction of housing economy class.
“If we talk specifically about housing, the construction of housing of economy class is not employed Turkish workers in the premium class there are, those places will be able to come jobs”, – said the Minister

Putin signed a decree on application of special economic measures in relation to Turkey
According to first Deputy Chairman of state Duma Committee on labour and social policy Michael Tarasenko, the ban on recruitment from 1 January 2016 workers from Turkey will not have a negative impact on the Russian market.
“I don’t think it’s dis-balances our market, but we are all not very nice, but to pay for everything, including strained relations with Russia,” he said on Saturday the radio station “Russian news service”.

Prohibition for employers to employ Turkish nationals will not affect the labor market in Russia – they will be able to take the Russians from the regions, as well as citizens of former republics of the Soviet Union. This opinion was expressed by Deputy Chairman of the state Duma, member of Committee on labor Andrey Isaev, making comments on the decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin.

It’s a chance to stop Turkey in this matter, be forced to change their mind and make it change the attitude to Russia”, – said Isaev.
He also believes that today in Turkey the number of issues takes a position that is opposite to Russia. “They support that part of the Crimean Tatra community, which now organizes the blockade of the Crimea, they supported Dudaeva in Chechnya, they are historically against Armenia, which we are historically protected, the vast difference on the Cyprus issue, the middle East, they oppose our ally Syria,” he added.
The quota for recruitment of workers from Turkey in 2016 will be significantly reduced
The Minister of labour and social protection RF Maxim Topilin said that the quota for Turkish workers in 2016 will be significantly reduced. “In 2015 the quota for employing citizens of the Republic of Turkey is over 67 thousand work permits. Of course, the quota for Turkish workers in 2016 will be considerably less,” – said Topilin.
According to the Minister, the vast majority attracted to Russia Turkish workers are employed in construction. “In December, the government will prepare a list of employers who will be able to employ Turkish nationals as of 1 January 2016. These are the companies that have pending contracts on construction of large objects, for example, in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous district, Tatarstan, Saint-Petersburg, Moscow, Perm region, Volgograd region,” – said Topilin.

The President’s decree on measures against Turkey
