MOSCOW, 30 Nov. President Vladimir Putin ordered the Kremlin administration to address the issue of clarifying the concept of political activity of NGOs in Russia.
Such a task is given following the meeting of the presidential Council for civil society development and human rights held on 1 October 2015.
“The presidential administration of the Russian Federation jointly with the Russian Ministry of justice to consider improving the legislation of the Russian Federation on non-commercial organizations regarding the definition of political activity, and to submit the relevant proposals”, — stated in the list of instructions, published on the Kremlin website.
The period of performance of this task is December 20.
