MOSCOW, 30 Nov. The bill, which builds a new control system for ensuring the safety and antiterrorist protection of fuel and energy assets, will be considered by the state Duma on Wednesday in the first reading, told journalists the Chairman of the lower chamber Sergey Naryshkin.
“On Wednesday in the first reading proposed to consider the bill, which builds a new control system for ensuring the safety and antiterrorist protection of objects of fuel-energy complex”, — Naryshkin said to journalists after the meeting of the Council of the Duma.
The speaker of the state Duma noted that the protection of infrastructure, in particular, the FEC objects, has always been a priority, and today these issues are particularly relevant.
“The bill is set different from the General rules exercising state control, the procedure of assessment of safety of objects of fuel and energy complex. We are talking about the protection of more than 10 thousand units of the Russian fuel and energy complex”, — said Naryshkin.
