Russia needs to raise the quality of national jurisdiction and to provide support to Russian enterprises, according to the speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin.
MOSCOW, 30 Nov. Private business must feel protected, it is necessary to raise the quality of national jurisdiction, said Monday the speaker of the state Duma Sergey Naryshkin.
According to him, the task of the legislators generally is to provide systematic support to Russian companies, to help anyone who upgrades or introduces new industrial power, who produces high quality products.
“So unmotivated restrictions for investment in production just should not be. We are obliged in General to improve the quality of national jurisdiction, to private businesses feel protected, seen reliability and comfort — both material and procedural legal norms.
