MOSCOW, 2 Dec. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin in the message to the Federal Assembly on 3 December will announce proposals in the field of combating international terrorism and on the promotion of economic growth, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, social protection of Russians, which will complement the agenda of the state Duma, said the speaker of the lower house of the Russian Parliament Sergey Naryshkin.
According to Naryshkin, the President’s address to the Supreme legislative body of the country in the lawyer Day is celebrated on 3 December, will be especially symbolic.
