The Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation has instructed the transport Ministry to take measures to reduce the amount transferred to the Republic of Turkey to 2016 Russian permissions, granting the right to Turkish carriers on the implementation of the bilateral road transport of up to 2000 units.
MOSCOW, 1 Dec. The Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation instructed the Ministry of transport to reduce the number of Turkey permits haulers for 2016 to two thousand, and if necessary to cancel the resolution passed. This item is contained in the decree on special economic measures against Turkey.
“To take measures to reduce the amount transferred to the Republic of Turkey to 2016 Russian permissions, granting the right to Turkish carriers on the implementation of the bilateral road transport of up to 2000 units”, — the document says.
“If you need to make decisions on chastisty permissions, granting the right to implementation of bilateral avtomobilnogo or complete cancellation transferred to the Turkish Republic for 2016 the Russian transport”, — stated in the decree.
As noted yesterday, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich, before the adoption of these measures, the Turkish truckers were received about eight thousand such permits.
