The possibility of introducing predamage in Ukraine is not connected with the negotiations on the Association of Kiev and the EU, and the sanctions regime, said the Minister of economic development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev.
BRUSSELS, 1 Dec. The likelihood that Russia will impose a food embargo against Ukraine from 1 January 2016, very high, said the head of the MAYOR Alexei Ulyukayev.
“Fatal compulsion of introduction of predamage no, it is not related to the course of negotiations on the Association agreement (between Ukraine and the EU — ed.) and the sanctions regime. But the date of the next Ministerial discussion of the concerns of the Russian Federation by Association not to be appointed, so very likely is the development of events that by 1 January we will not reach agreement and non-preferential trade regime in Ukraine is introduced”, — said the speaker reporters.
