VOLGOGRAD, December 2. /Corr.TASS Igor Kalenich/. The arbitration court of Volgograd region has declared the Deputy of the state Duma from party “Fair Russia” Oleg Mikheev insolvent bankrupt, the correspondent of TASS from the courtroom. The court also decided to start the procedure of realization of property of the debtor.
Financial asset Manager Mikheeva court-appointed representative Interregional self-regulating organization of professional arbitration managers Alexei Kamensky.
As noted by the representative of the plaintiff – firm “Zarina” – Elena Sidorova, “I think the court’s decision is reasonable and fair, now the defendant has the opportunity to pay the debt to our organization at $ 175,4 million roubles”.
The court has appointed on 1 June 2016 meeting, which will consider the results of the implementation of the debtor’s property.
