MOSCOW, 3 Dec. The government of the Russian Federation together with the business community needs by July to submit proposals on reducing redundant functions, said the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in the message to the Federal Assembly.
“Surveys show that entrepreneurs do not see qualitative shifts in the activities of controlling and supervising agencies. All orders on this account for a long time and not once have been given. “This does not mean that control is not necessary. Of course, you need to control, but I ask the government Commission on administrative reform, jointly with business associations to submit by 1 July 2016, specific proposals on elimination of redundant and duplicating functions of enforcement agencies”, — said the President.
