MOSCOW, December 3. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin has proposed to distribute a special regime for the port of Vladivostok on the key harbour of the Far East.
“In order to improve it (Northern sea route) competitiveness intends to extend a preferential regime of free port of Vladivostok on the key harbour of the Far East”, – he said in the message to the Federal Assembly.
Putin also instructed the government to expedite decisions on alignment of tariffs for the far Eastern regions.
“I instruct the government to expedite decisions on alignment of tariffs for the far Eastern regions, where they are significantly above the national average,” said the head of state.
Putin sets the task of priority development of Komsomolsk-on-Amur.
