MOSCOW, 4 Dec. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin in the message to the Federal Assembly outlined the problem of bad assets development institutions, clear solutions yet, told journalists the President’s press Secretary Dmitry Peskov.
On the eve of the President in his address to the Parliament stated the necessity to clear many of the development institutions in Russia, as they turned into a “dumping ground for bad debts”. According to him, it is necessary to optimize their structure and mechanisms of work. With the bad debt problem in the first place, faced the state Corporation “Bank for development and foreign economic Affairs” (Vnesheconombank).
