The President of Russia on 3 December delivered a message to the Federal Assembly, the main themes were the consolidation of society in international relations and socio-economic policy of Russia.
MOSCOW, 4 Dec. State Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin instructed the deputies to the end of the autumn session to develop a plan of realization of instructions of the President following his address to the Federal Assembly.
On Thursday, the President delivered a message to the Federal Assembly. The head of the lower house of Parliament at the meeting recalled that in the DG there is a working group under the leadership of first Vice speaker Alexander Zhukov, who organizes the work to implement the tasks defined in the message.
“I ask the relevant committees to form their proposals, to forward to the working group, same thing I ask from all parliamentary factions to do. Alexander Dmitrievich (Zhukov), and you and your colleagues in the working group — till the end of the autumn session to form a plan and this year to start the plan is consistently implemented,” — said Naryshkin.
