Similarly, soon after disconnecting from BESP without licenses left banks “Admiralty” and “Eurocommerce”. In rare cases, disconnecting from BESP is temporary.

Rating Agency RAEX (Expert RA) in early November has downgraded the credit rating of DIL-Bank to pre-default level, noting the growing risk of outflow of funds the largest creditor with insufficient coverage of liabilities to this company of highly liquid assets.
