MOSCOW, December 7. Ukraine and several Western countries have demonstrated to the OSCE Ministerial Council in Belgrade’s unconstructive position on various aspects relating to European security, but there are positive signs in the fight against terrorism. This was stated today at the Russian foreign Ministry.

“Overall satisfied with the main conclusion of the 22nd session of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Belgrade on December 3-4, in which participated the Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov,” – said the Ministry.
