MOSCOW, 8 Dec. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of operators of electronic sites for the privatization of state and municipal property, in it was composed of six operators, wrote on Tuesday the newspaper “Kommersant”.
It is noted that “the list of legal entities for the organization of sale of state and municipal property in electronic form” approved by the decree of the government dated 4 December 2015 N2488-R, which is in the order of publication. The Ministry of economic development the newspaper confirmed the fact of signing of the decree.
According to the publication, in the list of operators of electronic platforms for privatization included “Sberbank-AST”, “RTS-Tender”, still intend to, ETP MICEX and the Agency under the government of the Republic of Tatarstan. Also the list got without competition the Russian auction house (RAD), already included in 2010 in the list of sellers of privatized Federal property.
As notes “Kommersant”, the decision would allow under the law, but postponed the privatization of electronic. In addition, the authorities can choose the method of privatization between the auction “outcry” and electronic form.
