MOSCOW, 9 Dec./strong>. Completed the monolithic works in all the buildings of the elite residential quarter Wine House under construction in Zamoskvorechye district, according to the press service of the development company “gals-development”.
“The size of new buildings is about 49 thousand square meters, including underground Parking space of approximately 20 thousand square meters with 420 Parking spaces. During the construction have been completed concrete works totaling more than 34 thousand cubic meters”, — stated in a press release.
A quarter of low-rise form of the club house, which is in the shape of a square framed by historical red brick building — a historic building of the “society vodka factory, warehouse, wine, alcohol and Russian and foreign grape wines P. A. Smirnov in Moscow” was built in 1888-1889 gg. by the architect N. A. Voskresensky. It was commissioned by the company “Gals-development” in August of this year. Chief architect and supervisor of works were awarded with diplomas for the best project of restoration of cultural heritage and scientific and methodological guidance during the work.
“We only recently completed a comprehensive refurbishment of a historic building of plant management of P. A. Smirnov, maintaining its architectural look and is fully adapted for comfortable living. New housing quarter Wine House will also feature a high quality construction, engineering and technical equipment and security.
