MOSCOW, December 9. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin will discuss on Wednesday the implementation of his message to the Federal Assembly, with members of the government. According to the press service of the Kremlin, it will be one of the traditional meeting of the President with members of the Cabinet.
“It is also planned to discuss a number of current issues,” – said the press service.

The Cabinet of Ministers on December 3, just hours after the announcement of the President’s address, discussed announced it offers.

Medvedev expects that the Department will begin immediately to implement the provisions of Putin’s message
Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said that he expects that all agencies will begin implementation of provisions of the message, without waiting for formal written assignments.
“I am sure that every member of the government, Deputy Prime Minister, the heads of other Federal Executive authorities on the issues heard (the message) what we need to concentrate, and will start their work right now, before will be issued a specific written order of the President on the results of the message” – he said, opening a government meeting held on 3 December.
Several days later, on 7 December, Medvedev held a separate meeting in Putin announced the development of the idea of establishing a single fiscal channel in the country.
The discussion was attended by not only government officials but also, in particular, the head of audit chamber Tatyana Golikova. “We have gathered to discuss a number of current issues, including one of them stems from the President’s address, which refers to the formation of a unified fiscal channel that would integrate fiscal and tax powers, including powers on payment of obligatory payments in the budget both in the FTS, and the FCS, and social purpose funds”, – said Medvedev, opening the meeting.
So the Prime Minister proposed to discuss the pros and cons of different proposals to this end, to elaborate on the results of the final position and submit it to the President.
