GK “SU-155” works in the construction sector in Russia for almost 60 years, but at the moment the company is in a difficult financial situation and has overdue obligations.
MOSCOW, 9 Dec. The group of companies “Morton” was not going to participate in the rehabilitation of the group of companies “SU-155”, said the President of group of companies Alexander Brooks.
“We’re not going to take any part in rehabilitation, and are not interested in this issue,” he said.
GK “SU-155” works in the construction sector in Russia for almost 60 years. The group includes over 80 industrial and construction enterprises of building industry in 17 cities of Russia. Construction projects are located in 50 cities of Russia, CIS and Europe.
Currently the company is in a difficult financial situation and has overdue obligations. Claims about bankruptcy “SU-155” gave the Bank “Globex”, VTB, Sberbank, Glavgosstroynadzor Moscow region, a number of companies and individuals.
The Ministry of construction of the Russian Federation established a working group for solving the problems of “SU-155”. In the work of the Commission it is planned to develop mechanisms for the output of “SU-155” the crisis in the first place, measures to prevent the emergence of new defrauded investors. As previously reported member of this working group, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for security and corruption counteraction of the state Duma Alexander Hinstein, the main motels of the civil code “SU-155” become the Bank “Russian capital”.
