MOSCOW, 11 Dec. Secretary of the Russian security Council Nikolai Patrushev met with the newly elected President of the Republic of Argentina Mauricio Macri, with whom he discussed the further development of Russian-Argentine cooperation.
“In Buenos Aires Nikolai Patrushev was received by the President of the Republic of Argentina Mauricio Macri. During the meeting the parties have confirmed their disposition to the further development of Russian-Argentine cooperation”, — said Tuesday the press service of the Russian security Council.
It is also noted that a meeting was held Patrushev with Cristina Kirchner, who held the position of President of the Republic of Argentina before 10 December 2015.
In addition, it is reported that Patrushev took part in the ceremony of inauguration of the Makri.
