ZHENGZHOU, December 14. Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev arrived today in the Chinese city of Zhengzhou, located in Henan province in East-Central China. Here he will begin his four-day official visit to China.

According to the press service of the government, the Prime Minister during the visit, plans to take part in session of Council of heads of governments of the Shanghai cooperation organization (SCO) in Zhengzhou to meet with President of China XI Jinping, to speak at the opening ceremony of the second world conference on Internet governance in wuzhen, but also to participate in Beijing the 20th regular meeting of the heads of governments of Russia and China.
14 December, Medvedev will hold in Zhengzhou the number of bilateral meetings, including with the chief Executive of Afghanistan Abdullah Abdullah, after which, together with the heads of government of the SCO will be visiting the photo exhibition dedicated to the cooperation of Henan province with the countries of this organization. The day will end with an official reception on behalf of the Premier of the State Council of China Li Keqiang.
Tuesday, December 15, Medvedev will take part in session of Council of heads of government of member States of the SCO – both in a narrow and extended (with participation of heads of delegations of observer countries in the SCO). In the agenda of the meeting issues of development of trade-economic and humanitarian cooperation within the SCO framework in the context of the current situation in world politics and economy.
In the evening Medvedev will go to wuzhen of Zhejiang province in Eastern China, where he will meet with President of China XI Jinping.
The next day, December 16, will be held a collective meeting of heads of governments of member States of the SCO, XI Jinping, after which Russian Prime Minister together with the head of the PRC will take part in the second world conference on Internet governance and will address the participants of this forum. On the same day the Prime Minister will meet heads of the Russian and Chinese IT companies.

On the evening of 16 December, Medvedev will fly to Beijing, where he will meet with Chairman of the standing Committee of the national people’s Congress Zhang Detszyan, and will have dinner with the Premier of the State Council of China Li Keqiang.
The last day of his visit to China, Prime Minister of Russia will begin with the wreath-laying ceremony to the Monument to the people’s heroes in Beijing. Then again, Medvedev will talk with Premier of the state Council Li Keqiang and will spend with him 20 regular meeting of heads of governments of Russia and China, the result of which will be the signing of several documents.
At the end of his official visit Medvedev will visit the State Museum of China and will perform at the closing ceremony of the Years of friendly youth exchanges of Russia and China (2014-2015) and the opening cross media between Russia and China (2016-2017).
