The Federal Antimonopoly service instructed its territorial bodies in eight regions of Russia to take under special control of tariff regulation of suburban passenger transportation and to check the validity of the established tariffs.
MOSCOW, Dec 14. The Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) warned the authorities of eight regions of the Russian Federation about inadmissibility of growth of tariffs for journey in trains of more than 10%, is spoken in the message of Department.
“In connection with the receipt of information about non-compliance with this parameter in the Republic of Mordovia, the Chuvash Republic, Altai and Stavropol Krai, Astrakhan, Arkhangelsk, Amur and Ivanovo regions, the Antimonopoly service sent the regions a letter about the inadmissibility of such actions”, — stated in the message.
In addition, the Agency instructed its territorial bodies in the regions to take under special control the issues of tariff regulation of suburban passenger transportation and to check the validity of the established tariffs.
