MOSCOW, December 15. “The Fund of struggle against corruption” Alexei Navalny filed in the Tver court of Moscow the claim about protection of honor and dignity to the public Prosecutor of the Russian Federation Yuri Chaika.
This was announced by the representative plaintiffs Ivan Zhdanov.

The location of the Prosecutor General’s office does not belong to the jurisdiction of Presnensky court, but the jurisdiction of the Tverskoi court,” reads the judge’s ruling.

The attorney General called the accusations false and has promised to announce who is behind this investigation. Chaika said that “the information presented are obviously false in nature and are without any Foundation”. According to the public Prosecutor, the order made “is clearly not on the money performers”.
4 December, the representative of the “Fund of struggle against corruption” lawyer Ivan Zhdanov reported that FBC filed in the Presnensky district court of Moscow the statement of claim to the attorney General about protection of business reputation of the Fund and on the protection of honor, dignity and business reputation of the authors of the investigation, including Alexei Navalny.
In its lawsuit, Bulk and Foundation representatives asked the court “to recognize discrediting business reputation of the nonprofit organization “Fund of struggle against corruption” and to be untrue the statements of the attorney General.
