Decriminalization on the composition, referred to at the present time, in no way has a negative impact on the possible development of a criminogenic situation, said the head of the Duma Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction Vladimir Pligin.
MOSCOW, Dec 15. The head of the Duma Committee on constitutional legislation and state construction Vladimir Pligin does not rule out the extension list of articles of the criminal code, which can be decriminalized, the draft law of the Supreme court. He emphasizes, however, that requires substantive discussion on each of the compositions.
Earlier, the Supreme court of the Russian Federation submitted to the state Duma a draft law on decriminalization of several articles of the Criminal code. In particular, it is proposed to introduce administrative liability for assault, threat of murder or infliction of grievous bodily harm, malicious evasion from payment of means for the maintenance of children or disabled parents, use of falsified document.
“During the discussion can be various proposals, including possible connecting any additional compounds. We understand that this should be a very substantive discussion on the composition, which is followed by the decriminalization,” said Pligin.
“At the same time, decriminalization in those compositions referred to in the present time, in no way has a negative impact on the possible development of a criminogenic situation”, — said the MP.
