Detailed negotiations took place in the Russian foreign Ministry on Tuesday, Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov reported on the proposals of the US and the issues that require further discussion, said the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin at a meeting with U.S. Secretary of state John Kerry.
“Today you held a detailed negotiations in the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia. Minister Lavrov I now reported in detail and about your proposals, and some of the issues that require further discussion. I am very happy to meet you and talk”, — Putin said.
