MOSCOW, Dec 15. The state Duma Committee on family, women and children will consider on Tuesday a bill to extend the program of the parent capital in Russia until the end of 2018 and will recommend the house to accept it in the first reading and in General, previously reported to journalists by the head of the Committee Olga Epifanova.
On Monday, the state Duma speaker Sergei Naryshkin told journalists that the bill may be adopted on 18 December.
The President in his address to the Federal Assembly stated that the program of the parent capital will be extended for at least another two years – until the end of 2018. The government submitted to the state Duma the corresponding bill.
The right to receive a shot, therefore, will have families to 31 December 2018 inclusive will be born or adopted a second or subsequent children. It will also need 807,4 billion rubles from the budget.
In 2015, the maternity capital amounts to 453 thousand rubles. According to the feasibility study of the bill, predicted inflation, according to the Ministry of economic development, will amount to 6% in 2017 and 5.1% in 2018. Accordingly, the size of payments should be in 2017 480 thousand, in 2018 — nearly 505 thousand rubles.
