MOSCOW, Dec 15. Act to extend for six months the Amnesty may be passed by the Parliament on 22 December, told journalists the Chairman of the Duma Committee on budget Andrey Makarov.
He reported that the budget Committee on Friday, 18 December, will consider a government bill to extend by six months (until July 1, 2016) deadline for the submission of special declarations under the voluntary Declaration of physical persons assets and Bank accounts (deposits) in banks. At the plenary meeting, the document will be delivered on 22 December and can be adopted in the first reading in General.
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin in the message to the Federal Assembly in early December proposed to extend Amnesty of capital for six months and make this mechanism some adjustments. According to the President, suggested last year the procedure was complicated, and guarantee the Amnesty of capital is not sufficient, therefore the business does not hurry to take advantage of this opportunity.
