“Develops a number of ideas that are bound to break in existing trade regimes and derive a number of States in a privileged position, despite the fact that other members of the WTO, even such large as China, for example, and Russia also remain in other positions. And I think it’s bad, it is in principle not consistent with the spirit of universal trade platforms, including e-Commerce,” said Medvedev.
