MOSCOW, 18 Dec. Second Eastern economic forum will be held in Vladivostok on September 2-3 2016, said Advisor to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov.
Earlier it was reported that the second Eastern economic forum will take place on 6-7 September 2016.
“A series of important political events in the region will open the Eastern economic forum, which will be held on 2-3 September in Vladivostok”, quoted Kobyakov press service of the Fund “Recongress”, which is the organizer of the forum.
According to Kobyakov, after that, on September 4-5, the leaders of the “twenty” will gather for a summit in China, on September 6-8, and will host the ASEAN summit and East Asia summit in Laos.
The first East economic forum, which gathered representatives of state institutions of Russia and countries of the Asia-Pacific region, major investors, businessmen and industry experts, was held in Vladivostok on September 3-5. Of the Russian Federation for the first time after the introduction of sanctions of the West decided to hold a forum in the far East. The forum decided to make an annual event. Their primary task is to strengthen ties between the international investment community, Russian business, Russian Federal, regional and local authorities.
