VLADIVOSTOK, December 20. The President of Russia Vladimir Putin said that honesty and consistency in the Russian position on Syria gives it strength.
“Not just openness, and consistency, and we can say, honest position (RF on Syria) – she gives her force,” he said in an interview for the film of Vladimir Soloveva “the world Order”, which aired on the TV channel “Russia-1” in the program “Vesti Nedeli”.

Speaking about the crisis in Syria, Putin stated that Russia “it is easy to operate and with President Assad, and with the American side”. “Easily why? According to the President, he does this not so much from moral principles, but rather from pragmatic. “It is easier to work,” he said.
