A source in the Russian Cabinet said that the professionalism and quality of work of regional authorities is of serious concern to the government.
MOSCOW, 20 Dec. The government of the Russian Federation in November has instructed the economic development Ministry and the Finance Ministry to determine the extent of damage to the Russian budget after freezing for 2015 funding for the development of Crimea and Sevastopol, said a source in the Russian government.
According to experts of the government, “the professionalism and quality of work of regional authorities is of serious concern to the government”.
“Therefore, the Ministry of economic development and the Ministry of Finance in early November was requested to determine the amount of damage caused to the Federal budget freeze planned for 2015 budget allocations for the implementation of the Program, and make suggestions on punishment of regional officials,” said a source.
