SIMFEROPOL, December 21. Work Crimean officials criticize those who actually failed in the implementation of the Federal target program for development of Crimea and Sevastopol, the head of the Republic Sergey Aksenov. He reported about it to journalists on Monday.
“We have identified the problem clearly, we’re not looking for extreme and guilty. If someone feels deeply offended, probably, it is the people who actually failed the program,” he said.

“We really referred to the problems facing us and looking for solutions. We say everything is always in clear text on the meeting of the Council of Ministers and not idealize the work of officials. We know our weaknesses. But today, in fact, a number of projects are not met, missed the deadline. And the question now is not who is to blame and what to do next,” Aksyonov said, answering a reporter’s question.
“If we do something wrong, we will always find the opportunity to punish its officials”, he added.

“Because of the impossibility of development under the Program of financing the most part planned for 2015 funds (15.7 billion) on the proposal of the Crimean authorities was postponed to 2016,” – said the Agency interlocutor.
