SEVASTOPOL, December 21. /Corr. Janina Vaskovsky/. Sevastopol has received 780 million rubles out of the planned 830 million in financing for the Federal target program of development of Crimea and Sevastopol. This was announced by the Director of the Department of Finance of the government of the city of Vladimir Shtop.

“We got 780 830 million of planned under Federal program. This year in the framework of the state program were planned only design work. As far as I know, all facilities are open to trade”, – he said.
Shtop also reported that the expenditure side of the budget of the city for 2016 will amount to 24.4 billion roubles. From them own income to 8.1 billion budget Deficit in the amount of 7.4 billion rubles.
“The budget deficit will be covered by the loan, which will be reduced by the sum of the balances at the beginning of the year. We implied that the remains would be significant, and the credit will be minimum. The loan will be concessional under 0.1% per annum,” explained Shtop. According to him, budgetary funds were not disbursed in full as the fault of the stewards, and because of emergency declared in Sevastopol on November 22 because of a blackout.
