The Russian side is ready for such contact, on the understanding that it will be constructive and have the added value of actually helping to create conditions for improving bilateral relations, said the official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova.
MOSCOW, 21 Dec. Russia is ready to consultations with Poland at the level of Deputy foreign Ministers, if they will be constructive, said in comments to the official representative of the Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova, which is published on the website of the foreign Ministry.
“As we informed Warsaw that the Russian side is ready for such contact, on the understanding that it will be constructive and have value added actually contributing to the creation of conditions conducive to improvement of bilateral relations”, — said Zakharov.
“The Russian side has always declared its openness to dialogue with Warsaw in the real counter measure to the willingness of partners with whom we have a factor of geography more than a thousand years of common history and close cultural traditions”, — said in comments the representative of the Russian foreign Ministry.
