After the Christmas holidays the Institute of development Internet (IRI) will present memoranda on the implementation of the eight directions of the program of development of the Russian Internet, said the head of the Russian Association of electronic communications Sergey Plugotarenko.
MOSCOW, 22 Dec. The Institute of development Internet (IRI) about a month after Christmas holidays will prepare and send to the presidential Administration and the Ministry of communications memoranda on the implementation of the eight directions of the program of development of the Internet and related sectors of the economy, told reporters the head of the Russian Association for electronic communications (RAEC, co-founder of IRI) Sergey Plugotarenko.
Tuesday at the first forum “the Internet economy 2015” proposals for the directions of the program were presented to the President of the Russian Federation.
“The forum is expected of us some memoranda, a set of proposals at the end of each round table, a specific implementation mechanisms that we now begin to prepare,” said Plugotarenko reporters at the forum.
“We hoped that they (the proposals — ed.) will be announce orally in the presence of the President, but I think we were even given a head start, because they will unsubscribe quietly, discuss with all the experts and an agreed position to forward on all of the eight directions. I think we in this work take exactly the January. For the exact dates can not be answered, but for us would be a comfortable deadline is approximately one month after the holidays. Will send to the presidential Administration and the Ministry of communications, which was the collaborator (program development — ed.) along with FRII and Iran”, — said the head of the RAEC.
He noted that the Memorandum on the eight areas of the program will contain concrete steps on implementation, the timing of their outputs, as well as offer each year “to look at the performance of the programme in December in the format of business forum”. In addition, there will be a proposal to give Iran the special status of the project office which could carry out this work.
Plugotarenko also expects that overall direction will be maintained. “Will be supported, as I understand it, the most of all”, — he noted.
