MOSCOW, 22 Dec. LDPR faction proposes to remove from the Russian Constitution the primacy of international law over national, told journalists on Tuesday in the leadership of the faction.

“The Constitution will prepare change… Is to introduce the concept of “Russian people” in the preamble. Today is “We, the multinational people of Russia”. We propose to write “We Russians and all other peoples of Russia”… and to remove the notion that international law took precedence over national”, — said the representative of the liberal democratic party, Recalling that in some countries is dominated by domestic legislation.
