TEHRAN, Dec 22. Russia may provide Iran with a state export loan for us $ 5 billion in 2016, told reporters the Minister of industry and trade of Russia Denis Manturov.
“We’re talking about granting a state loan, of course under the guarantees of the Iranian government… I Think that if in the first quarter of next year to arrange all the formalities, the next year can be achieved in terms of implementation,” — said Manturov.
Preliminary documents granting Iran inter-state export loan of $ 5 billion were signed during the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s visit to Tehran in late November of 2015.
