Candidates for participation in preliminary voting now get acquainted with the set of documents that they will need to provide, stated the Secretary of the General Council “United Russia”.
MOSCOW, 23 Dec –. Only applicants who provide a certificate of no criminal record is suppressed or even removed, will be allowed to participate in the primaries of “United Russia”, said the Secretary of the General Council EP Sergei Neverov.
Wednesday is held the second practical conference of professional organizers of election campaigns, organized by the Foundation for civil society development (Fcsd). Discussions on the forthcoming elections to the state Duma 2016.
Neverov noted that applicants to participate in the preliminary vote are introduced to the set of documents that they will need to provide.
“It’s not just a statement, it’s a reference from the place of work, but most important – each applicant must provide a certificate of no criminal record, it is our fundamental requirement. Not only a criminal record that was expunged, generally no criminal record the person in the biography was not. In line with this, of course, we will allow candidates,” said Secretary of the General Council at the conference.
He also stressed that one of the main demands of the primaries is a must-attend debate.
