Crimean authorities proposed to amend 56 laws of the Federal


SIMFEROPOL, December 24. The authorities of Crimea has written to the Federal authorities 56 changes in Federal laws, which should ensure the conditions for effective socio-economic development of the Peninsula. About this informed the head of the Crimea Sergey Aksenov.

“We have submitted proposals for changes somewhere in the 56 Federal and state laws, which take into account the nuances that occur on the territory of the Republic, and must contribute to all elements of the development of our socio – economic situation,” said Aksenov on the TV channel NTV. “Federal legislation does not address all issues in everyday life of the Republic of Crimea”, – he noted.

According to the head of the Crimea, a Peninsula in the present situation cannot develop as the ordinary subject of the Russian Federation and become an alternative to foreign resorts for Russian tourists.

“Not a single entity don’t have as many restrictions to date as we have. Starting with the fact that we have no international flights at the airports, no international flights at the ports. Given the fact that all investors who come here under his own name, haunt in the West and so forth,” – said Aksenov.

“Until then, until the whole economy doesn’t work the way it’s supposed to work in times of peace, with all its consequences, taking into account the special status of Crimea, breakthrough some moments will not” – said the head of the Crimea.

However, he stressed that Crimea has sufficient infrastructure that can accommodate tourists and to provide a decent service.

Aksenov also added that it is preparing the opening of educational establishments in Crimea, in which will train personnel to work in tourism. “From a culture of service depends very much. There is a lot to learn,” said he.

Earlier, a source in the Russian government reported that the Ministry of economic development and the Ministry of Finance is mandated to make proposals on the punishment of the authorities of the Crimea in connection with the freezing of funds from the Federal budget allocated for the development of the region. Thus in Moscow reacted to the statement by the head of the region Sergey Aksenov that envisaged in the Federal budget for 2015 funds for the implementation of the Federal target program for development of Crimea Republic “still not transferred a single penny”.

According to a source, 18 September 2015 with the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol have signed agreements and Federal funds listed 2,77 billion rubles for the design and construction of 139 facilities, but “at the moment of the notified subsidies by the authorities of these regions, contracts are only 308 million rubles”.
